Why Rise Africa Academy Programmes
1. Problem Solve
- With the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) looming, we need our African youth to have the ability to problem solve
- Public Ordinary Schools and Colleges are fundamental drivers of socio-economic development. If their funding and performance are inadequate or inequitable, the goals envisioned in the national development plan (NDP) cannot be realised
2. Shrinking Middle Class
- Currently one in three young people in Africa are unemployed and we want to use Rise Africa Academy programmes to move young people into the middle class and narrow the gap between those who have and those who have not
3. STEM Literacy
- Africa is synonymous with poor rankings for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and reading with comprehension. We need to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize teacher learner development through our “Train A Teacher” Programme

The objective of this programme is to Reach Gender Equality in the Business and Work Sphere, and enabling women entrepreneurial empowerment.
Women in RAA programme’s aim is to empower women by giving them a voice in the fight for their rights by ensuring equal access to education, work, health care, and better representation in political and economic decision-making processes.
Lack of internet access, lack of technology skills is one of the reasons why women are under-served. We believe in narrowing the focus on advancing gender parity and in order to achieve greater impact.
